That could possibly be the case, you make a valid point. I just wanted to make that suggestion as well especially seeing as though he may be transporting some items of a sensitive nature. We would just want to be sure.

Maybe a few times sure but ive gone out to my garage with my keys in hand after they had been sitting on my table all night i will get in and turn it on and the trunk open warning will be on. There is no way i would have hit it on those occassions.

Mine does the same thing occasionally. My keys reside in the same section of my purse every day so I know it's not solely related to a pocket issue...
