OK then....does anyone know what the TSB # is & the official "name" of te TSB? I really appreciate this help everyone.

It's part of engine function and is definitely covered by the power train warranty.

Actually, the fuel rail and it's pressure monitor are not covered by the warranty. See this link I found.
