Washing car cover???

Hey guys!

It's that time of year again-

The past couple years I've stored my car in an unused
garage.

This past winter another was in there working on a car of his. My car cover
is pretty dusty and I want to wash it.

I just have the car cover from Chevrolet. Any tips?

I took one to a commercial Washer/Dry Cleaner and they ruined it by putting it in the Dryer on High Heat.

I'd get a small kids swimming pool (or a kid's small swimming pool??) and wash it in there, then hang to dry by
running a rope between any convenient mounting points.

I washed my GM cover once and used my home machine w/ a 1/4 cup simple green and let it air dry on the car then washed the car.
