Its not just materials, its molds being made things such as the coupler and filter. Since we do everything custom it requires it's own tooling. Tooling = more time. How did you know we are using Unobtanium?!

I'm not going to get to much into our design and testing process, but to answer your question simply, yes.

We just need to confirm our data with an actual production model that has been created with the molds we will be using so we can see that everything is within spec and still works. It's part of our Quality control that is required for the ISO certification we are in the process of obtaining.
