If I were you I wouldn't even bother with sprinklers next time he parks on the street. I'd straight pull out the garden hose with a nozzle and spray that **** down.

Sorry but I'm confused. What is the purpose of watering a driveway or the street?

For one sprinklers should be used at night or late evening if you do during the day you will lose too much water due to evaporation plus on sunny days you risk damage to your lawn because water droplets act like tiny magnifying glasses and can overheat the blades of grass.
Secondly you were parked on his side if the street in front of his house. It's your fault if he wanted to turn HIS sprinklers on. Get over it or just buy a all weather car cover.

You see, if he wanted to just turn his sprinklers on he wouldn't have ignored my wave, looked straight at me, then my camaro, that he had recently seen me detail and turn the flipping sprinklers on. Its not that he just wanted to water his grass, this was to intentionally mess up my detail.
