new owner

new 2013 2ls v6 camaro owner, brought her home on monday and cant get enough of it, very fun to drive . will post up pics later on. any advise as to what i should do to it? my pockets arent too deep so id like to keep the modding minimal. only thing i did was remove the mufflers and that makes me smile every time i slam on the gas pedal.heritage grillie i got for free from dealer and will be installed in 2 weeks or so.

Are you looking for more performance mods or cosmetic?

Nice! Welcome to the Family! I'd look into a Catch Can, as these V6 motors get a lot of oil ingestion into the intake manifold, which doesnt get cleaned out by gas/cleaning agents like most normal motors (being direct-injected) can hinder performance. I'm sure most guys on here will advise this to be your first mod. Then of course intake, and where ever you take it from there! Enjoy it!

i spoke to a friend of my friend that is a sales carman and he said that altering with the muffler(muffler delete) would void the entire warranty. i dont understand how a muffler delete would void the entire warranty.sucks

To the best of my knowledge, the warranty is only void if the parts that were altered directly cause the failure of an engine component. Deleting your mufflers isnt going to cause a valvetrain issue, so that would be covered. If you did cams and had a valve issue, it wouldnt be covered. Nothing againts your friend, but it varies from company to company, and to the best of my knowledge, GM's warranties are pretty good when it comes to mods. Search on the forums a little bit, you will find that a lot of people have had warranty work done even though they've modded.
