I was looking at the ss, challenger and the 5.0 for my new car and didn't even test drive the 5.0 mainly because it didn't have the tr6060 in it.

a friend of mine had a boss. under 3000 miles and the trans needed to be rebuilt. he just traded it off on a truck.


he let me drive it quite a bit. those boss 302's pull awesome over 6000 rpm.

Yes they do which is why I bumped the limiter lol.

yeah they hit the rev limiter like RFN. they can do 8000 pretty easy.

Some more practIce should defiantly get you some better times. I ran 8.2 in my bone stock 13 GT. When I added radials got it down to an easy 7.9.
