Apex Motorsports has them. Gorilla lug nuts. I don't have the link on me though, someone will chime in with it I'm sure.

Yepper, I ordered mine from Apex too. The chrome looks good but the black Gorilla lug nuts look great!

when i was looking (i have a thread started by me on this)

From company:

Both will work. the 96643 is the more OEM style of lock, and what I would choose. The down side is they are a bit more in price. the 7 series are actually for aftermarket wheels. they are taller and slimmer on the top, but both have the same 60 degree conical seat and the same thread pattern.

The aftermarket style look good with the stock rims. They give your fingers a little bit more room for cleaning too lol.

This is correct. The 9 series (referred to as OEM style) mimics the look of stock lug nuts. The 7 series (referred to as aftermarket style) are a lower profile corn style. Either work but most people prefer the lower profile look of the aftermarket style.

OEM style in chrome (also available in black)

Aftermarket style in black (actual finish is not as glossy)

Dumb question - but, are you guys torquing the Gorrilla lugs to the 110 ft-lbs listed in the manual, something different, or just as tight as you can? Wondering if the different finish means a different torque than the stock chrome lugs should be used.

Great, thanks! One more question. I put the Gorilla lugs on today, fresh out of the box. The original lugs were lightly coated, maybe with an anti-gallant. They also came off well below the 110 ft-lb spec. Should the black Gorilla lugs also be coated or is it ok to install as-is... assuming threads are clean, dry, etc?

I just wanted to say I've had zero problems with these and they are cheap insurance for our expensive wheels, lest someone decides they like them enough to try and steal them. Since I live in an apartment they were mandatory IMO...

Do you need a whole set of 20?
Do they sell just a 4 pack of OEM Chrome to swap out one lug to lock up the wheel that way?
