FS: VMAX Ice-olator for V6

I am parting out my 2011 2LT/RS and have a few items for sale. I purchased this VMAX Ice-olator back in June 2012. This has approximately 15,000 miles on it. PM me with any questions.

Retail Price: $150.00 plus tax and shipping
Asking: $100.00 plus $15 shipping

Does this include the longer bolts for the IM, or work with the factory hardware?
