What was the smoothing setting on the dyno. The less smoothing the higher the number will be an the lines will be rough. Most use smoothing 5 on dynojets.

Looks good, the smoothing factor can help the graph lines look better, but looks like your making some good power now.

so you dont think the shaky lines are of any concern????

another thing we had to anthony had to really work to get to 460, when he usually gets 470-478 average.
i have the lg velocity CAI, kooks 1 7/8 headers and cats, then cat back corsa exhaust.

thanks

I think the shaky lines are from the smoothing factor. If afr and spark is good, its making all it will make.

I like using the smoothing factor of 5. Yes it shows a lower max HP number but its more true.

You can do a smoothing factor of 1-3 can gain 10 RWHP because the reading is going to read off a valley or peak not a "smooth average". 5 is just more truer.

Like I tell the owners of the cars I calibrate, The dyno graph means less to me that what my scanner data is reporting how the vehicle is performance.

The illusion of high dyno numbers makes business for shops. To me, Its all about ethics how much fun and how safe I can make your car so it will last.

Should put the smoothing on 5. That will look better. If the graph still looks that way then there is something going on.
