LG Motorsports

Don't know if this is miscommunication or something else, but heres a long story short.

Ordered a set of Super Pro headers to connect to my stock exhaust, and received the headers today. Opened the box and find all the pipes. They look great! But I get to the bottom of the box and there are no clamps, no o2 extensions, and no new GM gaskets like the website advertises.

Now I'm stuck and can't finish the install because I can't clamp the 2.5 inch adapter pipes to the headers.

Also the LG headers do not run rear o2 sensors? Wasn't aware of this.

Also ordered through southwest speed, but don't know if there is much they can do since the headers were drop shipped from LG Motorsports directly.

Well I'm just hoping they can get me clamps for the test pipes, and the adapters, as well as the o2 extensions, and the new GM gaskets overnighted to me since I'm stuck with no car. All these things were promised for all header options on their website.

Humans pack and ship these parts. Unfortunately they made a mistake, but will fix it. We've been working with them for a while and they always make things right.

That's all I wanted to hear. Because I've heard nothing but good things about LG and Southwest Speed.

OP hang in there. I know it's frustrating when these kind of mistakes happen. I'm always the guy they happen to so I share your pain. I do know LG is a stand up company and will do anything they can to make things right. Hang in there. You will be rasing hell before you know it.

Glad we all got ya fixed up and yeah, it really sucks when boxes are torn or pieces are missing and we (yes me too) really depend on them mid-install or when a car is torn down.

Please let us know how it works out for you and we hope that it doesn't leave a bad taste in your mouth for who we are and what we do!

Always appreciative in the sense that folks know we can't control everything in the world. Thank you!

I know it bites when your all ready to do a job and dont get what you expected (for whatever reason). But i have dealt with Ivan and just went up to LG to get my cam installed. Both are great to deal with and both will fix any unforeseen issues ASAP.
