Rethinking also.

Myold88, I Drove It Back To Fredericksburg From Indy Last Year. It Was A Smooth Ride, And With Smaller Groups We Had More Consistent Speeds. I Would Say 10 To 11 Hours With ShoRter Meal Stops. It Really Went Pretty Smooth With Others Cruising With You.

Thanks Ernie but you youngsters have a little more endurance than us old coots... lol
On my way back to Ct last year (by myself) the last 2 hours was a little scary as I was getting really tired.
If I start out in Hagerstown again, I can always break away and stop in Ohio.
Will let you know.

Yes, I took the WV track for the way home last year that is why I know it is 13 hours.

But that will mean having to leave home a day earlier and an extra day in a hotel. If I left on the 30th I would drive to my Dads in NOVA like I did last year and meet up on 17 at Warrenton. I will just need to think on that.

Looks like I will be making trip. Anyone have an extra room booked? Just asking before I call to make reservation.

A little confused after reading through the thread

Seems like you'll be getting to Indy the day before fest really starts? Not sure lol. Is everyone suppose to meet in Dayton around a certain time the 31st to drive over? I know last year it was easier because everyone was already staying in the hotel.. So it'll be like a stop and go kinda thing I guess.. Well anyways, count me in for the cruise! Last year I wasn't driving my own camaro so it will certainly be interesting
