What about these wheels for drag duty

The don't look like your typical drag wheel but with the weight I cant help but give these a second look. With the 18x9.5 weighing in at 21.4 pounds and the 18x8.5" fronts coming in around 19 pounds. I thought these would be perfect. Thoughts?

Gotta be careful with the offset on them. I couldnt find those specs anywhere. But if it is the wrong offset it might not fit without spacers. which is not the best idea for racing.

I believe when my z06 replica wheels were shipped it said they were like 23-24lbs if i remember right. They area a lot lighter then stock and are known to fit.

Sounds like it should be ok then. Id say order the rears first and then if they fit give the fronts a shot.

EDIT: verify the bolt pattern too. From the ones i saw it didnt match up.

These are 21.4 lbs for the rear and 19.7 on fronts. Not bad for $900.00 shipped

You guys better make sure there is enough mounting pad height on these to clear the Brembo calipers. Just because it has the correct bolt pattern and an offset that may work okay, doesn't necessarily mean they're going to fit!!! There needs to be enough distance from the surface of the mounting pad to the back of the spokes to clear the caliper....offset has NOTHING to do with this measurement. There is a .pdf on the Weld Website that explains it pretty good.....since they make their RT-S wheels with three different mounting pad heights.

I bought mine from my local dealer...he was better than any of the online stores when you started figuring in tires.
My crap fits just fine man.

Edit: Found some Motegi MR 120 in black. They are cheaper and lighter than the Konig Kilogram
