I just can't stand those tail lights. I love the way it looks right now. I'm a couple years away, maybe 3 from getting another new one but I might just go crazy and go 'Vette by then.

I think the more I look at the '14, the more I seem to like them and being in Michigan I have seen quite few of them on the road being driven around. But I am happy with my '13 and for me I think next up will be the 6th Gen V8 or a Vette and keep my '13 as DD.

I saw one the other day. I'm still not a fan of the taillights. I'm saving up for the completely redesigned 6th gen in 2016, though.

At first glance, the front fascia looks MEAN but could do without the chrome strip. But the rims do not belong and neither does the rear fascia, IMO.

My mind is already moving on to the 6th Gen.

Everyone is already aware of the tail light controversy (like them or hate them). For me, I hate these wheels. A carry over from the 2013's and I still think they're hideous. Get a new design!

Do we know if the '14s are getting the next gem MyLink or the 2013 version?

Aint no color going to help those bland tail lamps and the opening under the grill looks to plasticy. The tiny fog lamps are another bad design. I guaranty you sales will be down for that model year. The next body design better be good after this F up.

I knew it would look good in black. It hides the ocean of hideous black plastic on the rear end. They also need to loose the Walmart stick on chrome strip under the front edge.

I gave my dealer a call to put me on the update list for 2014 batch.

I need to see this beauty in all colors, but that black thing got me

Any word on the engines yet? Still different V8 models depending on transmission selection? The exterior changes are pretty obvious and have been THE topic of debate but I'm really more interested in what kind of new options/configurations may be available, and more importantly if any of them can be ported back to the 2010-2013 models with some simple part swaps? The new exhaust tips (on the standard exhaust, not the quad) look pretty awesome for example and may be a good option for people doing muffler deletes who don't want to chop their existing tips off. I am really curious as well to see if the 5th gen will ever get the new LT1? With fleet mpg averages being so important to mfr's these days it may justify the extra cost, but I don't understand all of the economics involved in making this move... Anyone got any good gouge beyond the taillights being pretty bland???

I too like many others didn't like the look when first released, but now that I've seen one in person (Back to the Fifties car show in MN) The new look is much better in person than what and how pictures pertray to be. Evan the crome strip isn't all that bad, I quess its okay to dislike something but we should all wait and see one in person before placeing negative or postive imput.

For some reason i dont like the vent on the hood and the rims got to go, i like the current rs rims better.
i do like the car in black but overall im ok with my 2011. the only thing that will get to me is the higher hp they will come with stock, but such is life. other than that its still a nice car with plenty of potential. once the aftermarket companys start to produce parts for them (cosmetic stuff) we all will love them more.

I think the update looks pretty good on all colors I've seen so far....but that black looks outstanding !

To me the new tail lights look really good against that black...plus the new diffuser blends better into the black.
