NO, the Rev limiter is not set to 118MPH... and YES, driving in this manner does affect MPG...

go back up to post#11 there are installed pics and the diamonds seem to have some grip but i will find out when they get wet i have not driven it yet with the mats.

I like em. Best looking diamond-plate mats i've ever seen actually. Not my style exactly, but those look really well made. I hope the are secured properly, otherwise you might end up with some nasty scratches in your lower foot-well panels. Metal on plastic never ends well....

I may do what vinyljunkie said and put a rubber edge on them but they really only touch carpet.

They do look good. Not my style. Seems like it would be cheaper just to remove the carpet and have a bare metal floor.

Been a long long time, how have these mats held up? Scratches seem to be the big concern.
