Talking BMR Releases New Product - Adjustable Tubular Sway Bars for 2012 Camaro - SB037

BMR Suspension
Adjustable Sway Bars for 2012 Camaro

Improve the handling and increase the roll resistance in your 2012 Camaro with a Sway Bar Kit from BMR Suspension. The hollow front sway bar features 3 adjustment locations that range from 98% to 214% stiffer than the OE bar. The hollow rear sway bar features 3 adjustment locations that range from 100% to 200% stiffer than the OE bar. Both sway bars are cold formed from lightweight tubular DOM steel and feature integrated thrust washers to prevent horizontal movement. A set of BMR Sway Bars (SB037) will decrease body roll and dramatically increase the cornering capabilities of your 5th Gen. Front sway bar (SB016) and rear sway bar (SB033) also sold separately. Available in a red and black hammertone powdercoat finishes. Installation time for both sway bars is only 2-3 hours.

The front sway bar in this BMR sway bar package (SB037) is the same one you have on your car the only difference is the rear sway bar. The rear sway bar in this kit is an "FE4 style" rear sway bar which is a improved and more efficient design compared to the earlier style sway bars.

We have yet to test fit this rear sway bar on a V6 Camaro yet so we are unsure if it will have clearance issues with the V6 brake calipers but they will positively clear the factory V8 brembo calipers if they are installed on a V6 Camaro. If they did clear the V6 brake calipers and you wanted to run this style rear bar you would need to get the factory lower control arms and a pair of end links from a 2012 and later V8 Camaro.
