QUOTE function not working as expected

Noticed this afternoon that the QUOTE function isn't behaving as expected, specifically, references to images are missing from what's copied forward. Seems to have changed in the last week or so. Anyway to get this capability back?

Am including this pic to use as a test:

Attachments don't get quoted if that's what you mean.

Yep, if you upload it as an attachment it won't show up in the quote.
