Keeping the fuel on "E" keeps the weight down. Now after watching this video, I want one.

If you spend any time over on C6 ZO6 forum you see they all drop EX. Valves and GM has no fix.

Most of our group has C6 Z06. One of our members has one of the highest mileage Z06's in the country. None of them have ever dropped an exhaust valve.

The LS7 is a great engine.

If you gonna go to the mountain the goal should be on the top of the mountain!!!!!!!

That means its gonna have to be a high 10 second car because that is what that new GTR is doing.....
They are going after track times not drag strip, the Z28 was built for the track and not the strip, the rearend wasn't built to take the punishment of multiple hard starts.

There is no reason to be cynical or condescending.

Have LS7 engines been known to drop an exhaust valve, yes. Have all LS7's dropped an exhaust valve, NO!

Are there people on CF.com that have attested to a valve drop, yes. Now compare that to all of the LS7 engines out there. All LS7s have not dropped an exhaust valve.

You made a very general, blanket statemnt and two of us called you on it. Have a good day.

Ok will not talk about the list of over 200 people on one forum that pull have there heads some with a little as 5,000 miles on them that have found their guilds were shot and had to redo there heads . Every one who on that list had not pull and check there head would have ended up on the I drop a valve list. So you just keep on thinking its a little problem I disagree .
