Just to be clear... I was installing a windrestrictor, not the oem wind deflector.

By the way, these part numbers were correct. The company that makes the windrestrictor included the wrong tool. They include a hex wrench, but after getting my new bolt I can confirm its a no. 50 star bolt. No wonder I striped it out! You can't see the head, or I would have caught this mistake.
