Made 570rwhp on 8lbs of boost and bad gas during the first dyno session. Lack of time has hindered me getting back to finish it off. Runs great though. Couldn't be happier.

That's awesome! What about drivability and sound, how different is it from stock ?

FYI- For those of you asking, on my build page, I did an E-force with a LS9 Cam. Vids and pics are there. I swapped the L99 Springs for the LS9 springs, too. I am using the 3.5 pulley and 60# injectors. I left a lot on the table and asked for a conservative tune since I can only get 91 in AZ. No difference in idle sound, maybe a bit louder, but she screams during WOT. No bucking, surging.

I don't have a "lope" but people comment on the way the car sounds ALL the time.

Enjoy!

Had an LS9 cam in my CTS-V back when it was a normal car. Quiet and made lots of power. You will be happy with it.

Sure, it doesn't make the most power, but it makes enough with my meager combination. Good luck with your build!

What mods to the motor do you have other than the LS9 Cam and Supercharger to make 630 RWHP and How much Boost?

There are better options than a LS9 cam but you can't beat the price and it would be easy on the valve train.
I'd like to know how you got 630 RWHP with 6 psi of boost (Stock Pulley)

The E-force makes about 500 RWHP with no Exhaust Mods, and a manual tenny, and with a stock pulley. The LS9 Cam is good for 20 RWHP NA and 50 With boost.. Saw a great show on this cam a few Saturday ago on Velocity Channel.

So Even with CAI, Headers, and LS9 Cam.. That car had to have something else or yall tested it in Alaska with a neg AIT..

I love my E-Force, I drove mine around 3 years with just it.. Dynoed 501 RWHP outside airtemp 62 had low IATs as well.. Redynoed after I install CAI and Kooks Headers made 499 RWHP outside temp 105 IATs 145 degree..

Added BTR POS Displacement Cam Stage 3, IDS 850, ZL1 Pump, CNC heads from GMHP, picked up 100 hp on the nose. 103 Temp outside IAT 140 degree.

600 RWHP so I'm trying to figure 630 RWHP with stock pulley? Wife bring me the waders!

No waders needed. Specific mods are: 1-7/8" long tube headers, 3" full exhaust (gutted cats), ZL1 fuel pump, LS9 camshaft, Whipple 2.9L, 3.75" pulley, drop-in K&N air filter, modded factory air box, and an Inter-chiller.

Now, with the 4" pulley that came on the Whipple originally, it only made 600RWHP.

Since the tuning/dyno session, I have added a methanol kit, but it is not utilized as an additional fuel source, merely as an octane booster. It is set to come on only under boost, and it utilizes the smallest nozzle Alky Control sells.

If you want pictures and dyno proof, click my sig pic for the build thread, then go to the bottom portion of page 2 and the top of page 3.

630RWHP @ 7.5-8psi
600RWHP @ 6-7psi
