Moving from New York to Florida!

I'm starting college down in Ocala august 19th and was wondering if there is anything around there with things to do. As in the title im moving from new york so I will know no one and need to find atleast some sort of camaro club or muscle car club to keep myself busy while I'm not in school or working. So if anyone can link me to and ocala club or somewhere close to the area like gainsville that would be great!

No clubs in that area yet but a member of our club who lives in your new area is trying to get one started. Right now you have the option of Tampa or Orlando as your closest.

And rednecks, Travolta and the Gator Nation around those parts lol.

If anyone asks what football team you like. For the love of god tell them you think Tebow is the best QB of all time and you bleed gator blood. You will be considered family at that point.

this map should help you.

That map is a bit inaccurate in spots--need to expand the "old rich people" shading into coastal Collier County (Naples, Marco Island, etc.).

I am in Ocala and am old an I am a redneck!! Not a Camaro club here yet but it wont be long cause there are a lot of go and show C5 Camaros. I spend most of my time at Gainesville track because its close and they do a decent job. Lots of car shows in the area and things to do. PM me if you chose when you get here. By the way, old Rednecks who have Camaros love hurting Mudstain owners feelings! Go Seminoles!!!

One of my friends since pre school is a mustang owner and its fun just cruising around gathering attention lol.

Have fun when you get to the DMV. I just went through the moving process a week and a half ago.

My bank account still cries a little when it thinks about that day.

I live literally a mile from Osceola County Sheriff's Office so this place is crawling with cops.

And I may go into law enforcement in two years so...
