Porsche uses Brembo's and has these "connecting lines" as they call them. If you have a Porsche dealer nearby, you may be able to walk in with one and get one

If you guys are interested, I sent all of mine to Classic Tube last winter, and had them pattern them, and duplicate them in stainless steel hard lines...they use CNC tubing equipment, so you should be able to order replacements from them. Feel free to tell them a customer named Mike O'Donnell sent his Brembo caliper bridge lines in for his 2010 Camaro SS last winter to help them remember.

...and if I remember what I paid correctly, they cost me less than the stock ones racing brake is selling.
