I wouldn't plan on the value of this car to skyrocket in the near future, but the low production numbers should help with holding its value over time. The first generation Camaros didn't start bringing the kind of "collector prices" you see today until they were 25 years old or better. I doubt the forth generation cars will be much different. I agree with Scott, if your looking for investment returns, there are better and faster ways to get them.

Only the brickyards, GMMGs and LE's are quasi-collector cars. They are awesome drivers though.

Most likely because the general public never had an opportunity to purchase one. I can only remember seeing Car #53 for sale at a dealer after the race. The rest went to hand picked owners and not dealers.
