Thanks kold.

The only reason for the caliper covers was that I wanted to see the green trim on the car before committing. Same with the hood stripes - they are removable. Now that I know I like the trim style, I will convert to painted.

Ironically, I just received the paint from UPS today, so this weekend will be painting the Brembos (have to showcase that logo!). The rims need an update too - the black plastidip is fading...

First dyno runs today at the speed shop to get a baseline prior to the AGP TT Install, which is slated for the end of the month. With only 2,200 miles on it, although I have driven fairly spirited, I had never taken it to red line. I must say it was a little nerve-wracking. I know all of you dyno-veterans out there will scoff, but try to remember your first ever dyno...

The runs were clean but showed some issues on gas quality - we will take one more baseline when I take it in for the install and I will have some premium 92 from Shell rather than the 92 from the station down the street.

The sound was thunderous, and I had a grin so wide I thought my head would topple. Recommend headphones and crank it heheheh.

Next stop...650 RWHP + Cam upgrade...

Very excited - Alex emailed to report that the AGP TT Kit and the Cam were ordered, so now just awaiting parts delivery dates to set the date to take it in for the install.

The Cam selected Livernois Motorsports L92 Stage 2C:
Intake duration is 224
Exhaust duration is 236
Intake/ Exhaust lift is .620
Lobe Seperation 117

Apparently this is the same cam Kevin at AGP is running in his own car and loves it.

Here are the first round of pictures with the engine dropped. Pretty cool to see how well engineered this engine bay is. The Carbconn guys said only the C5 Camaro designers seem to "get it" by putting the entire wiring harness intact with the drop - all other cars apparently require a tedious process for every bit of wiring and sensor.

In case you are wondering about what that box is hanging just behind the front fender post - it is the control module for the NightOWL LED kit - look it up, it rocks.

It's going to be a completely new car when you get it back!

While it was off its feet, I had Ed take off the Calipers for painting. I originally bought the SGM caliper covers, but that was just to decide if I liked it. I did. Special ordered some SGM Caliper paint and here is how they look nearly completed. Will post pics of them mounted when I get the car back from the shop.

Rather than re-posting, here is the Install Thread that captures the sordid story of the install and tune. Required a lot of time and tuning and still some open issues. As of this post, I am beginning to perform logging for offline analysis to attempt to isolate an issue with hitching at low RPMs (< 3,000 RPM).
