BTW, the spacers are there to purposely lift the front of the car up a bit to create enough ground clearance when loading and unloading from a car hauler or flatbed.

They're meant to be kept in the glove box in case you break down and you have to have your car loaded onto a trailer.

Checked today. Spacers are on. Called the service manager and he was "outraged" that this was overlooked........ Yea right.... Lol going in this week to Remove it.

just jack it up and pull them out yourself takes 2 min. i had to take mine out as i had it shipped enclosed from a dealer out of state and they had to put them in to load it with out damaging the car. literally took 2 minutes to get them out. took me longer to get the jack out of the garage

First time i've seen a pic of them installed. Looks like they raise the front end a good amount and actually do what they are designed to do, nice.
