Anyway, I don't think ANY exhaust is worth $1500. Bo White and myself both have OBX exhaust which is 3 inch and only costs a little over $500. And there are other brands that cost about the same. Most of them neck down to a 2.5 inch at the connection for the HF cat/catless extension but that isn't much of a big deal. And you can always weld in some 3 inch piping to get rid of where it necks down.

Your setup is perfect. Nothing to be gained from 3" all the way except for some more weight on your car, and less weight in your wallet. Don't wasted your time or cash on the 3".
