@ 800rwhp, adding the Ram Air Induction hood won't get noticed at all!!! I chose it due to the CAI I had, plus it was one of few that would clear the 2.9L Whipple!

Question what about rain? Also what is the hood made of ?

@ GundamX7X, Rain is not a problem at all (reference the 1998-2002 Camaro SS or WS6 Trans Am's which had Ram Air Induction), it is an old technology that came into existence for muscle cars in the 60's...The hood is 100% Fiberglass.

Not my style but it does look great.

I should be getting my GTZ hood for my 2013 back from the body shop tomorrow.

The 4th Gen f-bodies also had specific design aspects to catch and drain water from the intake...

Regardless, mine doesn't see the rain, so it doesn't matter - one who puts it on a daily driver might have and issue or not...I would consult with MPD Motorsports on that!

Yeah, I don't know all the aspects of your hood design, but it looks good. I've been thinking about a copo hood for mine...
