They should if the vinyl guy has raster-to-vector conversion software. My local place didn't which is why Andy got them made. He had a place that did. If anyone needs the original Visio file let me know. The Upstate and C5 can be separated in that if needed. But like you said, they should be able to do it with the bitmap.
