Upstate C5 represents at the Buffalo Motorama! Pic heavy!

A group of 4 Upstate C5 members participated in the 2014 Buffalo Motorama this weekend! It was a great event and is the largest indoor car show in Western New York. It's been held annually for decades as the Clutch Artists Autorama and for the past 4 years as the Buffalo Motorama. I remember as a child going to the Clutch Artists event and thinking that some day I'll have a car worthy of being in the show. Well, this weekend was a fulfillment of that dream! Thanks to Camarojoe for inviting our group to particiapate!

This first group of pics are our Upstate group and our new club flag flying proud! We ALL received recognition with an award for best in the Top 60! With a couple hundred amazing customs, muscle cars, and hot rods there I am proud to have been recognized among the top third!

Enjoy the pics!

General Motors Tonawanda Engine Plant had engineers at the show who were completely dismantling an LT1 Corvette engine and then completely re-assembling it! They had all the parts out on a table as they dismantled and explained everything about the engine as they worked. I think it only took them a 1/2 hour to dismantle and a little longer to re-assemble!

Here's a few great pics of the awsome customs and hot rods at the show! Star Wars characters and Eddie Munster were on hand too!

Last but not least, and one of my favorite classes of hot rods was the open wheel/Rat Rod room!

Congratulations it looks like a fun time. Wish I could have gone but my work schedule has been brutal this year. I have worked all but 2 Saturdays this year. I will definitely try and make it next year.

Yea, and they had a lot more room too! They had our 4 5th gens crowded together in a little box!
