I too used to think the same way, many folks have always warned me against getting a convertible, and it seems there really is no place for a convertible, but I have always wanted a convertible all my life, I just finally said enough is enough, I need to experience it myself. I drive around a lot at night here in Vegas so the top will usually be down during those times, besides.....we always have the top off on our Jeep Wrangler so it will be nothing new to us. Having a Wrangler got me really Jonesing for a convertible in a Camaro

What?

Some people have the same opinion about the V6 you have under your hood, guess you should have gotten a Mazda too! Hate to tell ya.

Now PLEASE V6'ers don't take my post the wrong way, I am not looking to cause trouble. This a$$ just pissed me off.

Considering your negative attitude and comment towards a long-time, dedicated and committed forum member for owning a Camaro Convertible, I don't mind telling "ya" that many C5 members believe a Camaro isn't a Camaro unless it has a V8 - which you ain't got.

I'm confident I'm not the only member who believes you owe the OP an apology for expressing your condescending thoughts towards him.
What you think is one thing but what you say is another.

So without any further suspense here is my new ride-

2013 2Lt RS convertible with every single bell and whistle you can get, including dual mode exhaust and heritage grill (I'm ditching the bowtie)

I spent the last three months searching for tbe right deal and have actually been eyeballing this little beauty for two months, I negotiated a killer deal on it, even got 0% financing on it!
I think they just got tired of me and decided to work a deal.

I considered tbe SS but changed my mind, I for sure didnt consider the 14s because of personal taste.

I decided not to wait for the 16s to come out because quite frankly the 10s~13 style is the one I fell in love with, im pretty sure they wont come up with a concept that will look as good as the 5th gen

Last night on the way back home from the dealership I took her up the Vegas strip for a nice cruise.....I was permagrin all the way, especially when that dual mode exhaust kicked in!

Ya im gonna miss Lil'Blue but that only lasted untill I dropped the top on this new one.

Im loving all the gadgets, but I love, love, love tbe HUD! I cannot believe I went this long without it! However I guess I had better get to studying the owners manual on the My Link radio controler thingy.......that thing is confusing!
Lil'BlueCoupe,

Congrats on your 2013 2LT/RS convertible! Glad to see how much you're enjoying it . Contact us anytime if you have any questions for us.

Target production week, when you've got a new vehicle on factory order, they eventually assign a week it is estimated to begin production.

The '13s are an EXCELLENT CHOICE!

The Mazda would fit in the bed of the truck that's a plus
