This is really a great price... Couple questions to the guys that did this already.

Any other modifications to the car necessary?
Is their any reasons to change the rear brakes on an SS? I read through the whole thread and it sounds like there is no reason... Am I correct?

You are correct, no reason to change the rear brakes. Just be sure to get ZL1 front brake lines stainless or stock.

Rear ZL1 & SS brakes are the same they just have different paint jobs.

I bought a full set of CTS-V calipers just so I could have them painted w/o taking my car out of commission. I bought a full set of rotors for the same reason.

That is the only reason I can think of to do anything more than just the front.

Ok, thx for the explaination.

I just cooked my V6 OEM brakes at the track on the California Speedway in Fontana last weekend so I'm putting these on next week. (+ SS lines & Hawk HPS pads)

Just didn't know if these CTV brakes were a better track performance set up.

R1 Concepts is currently selling their E-Line rotors for $342 shipped and their Premier rotors for $500 shipped for a 2009-13 CTS-V. That's all four rotors, so a great value for anyone looking to do this upgrade.
