The Austin Dillon Cheerios SS Meets My Camaro SS

The show car made a stop in NJ again and took a trip to see it. Took a bunch of photos but here are a few. Pretty good match

I am a NASCAR fan, but there is just something wrong with seeing Cheerios on that No. 3. It is always fun to see the show cars and take pics. From back in the day I have pics with the Intimadator show car.

I hate to see the #3 again. Man that day really broke my heart something aweful.

I was a sad day when #3 wrecked and we lost a true racing legend! RIP Dale!

Your Camaro had more attention than the Cheerios race car from what I can see in the second pic lol

Woohoo.. So cool. I am a HUGE Nascar fan. I'd kill to get a shot of my "white lightning jr" next to Jimmie Johnson's white lightning.

I was always a huge Earnhardt fan, even as a little kid. On the one hand, part of me never wanted to see the 3 run again. On the other hand, NASCAR wasn't going to let Childress sit on the number forever if he wasn't running it - they said as much years ago - and keeping it in his family seems right.

I sort of see the point about not retiring numbers, too... you've got 99 numbers and a 43 car field, it really doesn't take that long before you start having problems with it.

So, if it's gonna be out there, better it be done this way.
