Gives a street car a nice punch out of the hole and the whole range really, I like the 3.91's in the 1Le cars too. Definitely a noticeable difference for the better IMO.

I run a 4.11 in mine. It definitely helps with a centri blower since the car still drives like an NA car down at low rpm.

Cam and SC were done by Matt at FSP and were 464HP on the cam along and now 640hp with the ECS kit..gonna re dyno the car on a cooler day because he thinks it will go over 650 in some colder air.

What upper (blower) and lower (Crank) pulley are you running to get the YSI down to 14psi?
Is there a restrictor in place, and what size is it?

I have a Vortech kit so at that point I was using their lower pulley whatever size that may be. On the blower I had the 3.12 and put me at 13psi. 720/580. I Changed that pulley out so if anyone is interested I have it for sale. Also have a 3.33 but don't know how much I was boosting with it.

I just got my 7.8 lower so I'll be swapping to a 7.8 x 3.47 soon which is the same as 7 x 3.12

I went w the 7.8 and a 2.95. I was using a restrictor plate opened to 3" giving me 15psi. Got a built motor now so I'll probably chunk the restrictor out when I get it installed

For any one running a YSi how are you running the oil supply and return?

Do I NEED to tap the oil pan for the return?

Could I use this instead of deleting oil cooler like most have?
http://www.lingenfelter.com/mm5/merc...E#.VF3a1tq9KK1

Shouldn't it function better In theory because it pumped instead of gravity return or would the blower overheat the oil where it should be getting cooled during the hot GA summers?

Also could I put an inline hi flow oil filter to protect the motor and blower from each other in the event of oil contaminants?
