Grinding/rattling sound

My v3 head unit has started making this grinding/rattling sound. I checked the oil and changed it any ways but there was no sign of any thing wrong there. I pulled the belt and moved the pulley around and it seems like it's loose internally? I have a video I can text or email if any one can help me out. Thanks

Yes and they said it's probably normal. They said it would be really loud if it was an issue I just know that it's louder than it used to be

Is there a local performance shop that you can bring your car to to take a look at it?

Checked and spun impeller everything looks good. My shop is an hour away I didn't want to have to take off work just to have them look at and tell me if I should send it in to vortech but it looks like I'll have to
