Extra necessities in trunk

Does anyone carry say flares, full first aid kit, jug of water, or anything in the trunk? I live in AZ and I feel like putting First aid and flares in the trunk..any suggestions on other things?

Where did you get that? I've been looking for something to organize my trunk similar to your setup.

I have an organizer like that, got it from the Container Store, it was like $15.

I carry torque wrench, air gauge, oil, funnel, rags, racing helmet + jacket during the season, and other little stuff. Gas can is a good idea I have a bunch in the garage.

I need to buy a new battery jumper mine finally crapped out after 10 years of service.

I really don't keep much, I try and keep it as neat and clean as possible. In the car I only have a few napkins and a glass breaker/seat belt cutter in case I drive into the ocean! Lol
And in the trunk is a flashlight, a towel or two and I added a microfiber drying towel in those cases you drive to the store with a clean car and a unforecasted shower threatens your hour and a half detailing job!

Did I mention the bodybag, duct tape, 2inch diam steel pipe, and handsaw? Just kidding....lol. But really...

Blankets, a pair of fold-up chairs, a pillow in case the girlfriend wants to sleep in the car, and a big junky towel in case I have to put something less than pleasant in my trunk/car.

As for emergencies, I carry that in a holster on my waist.
