The Auto Shop/Machine Shop/Storage part of the build is 81 deep x 112 wide = 9072 Sq ft.

The Office Area/Man Cave is 56 deep x 26 wide = 1404 sq ft

I finally got the Concrete dust from joint sawing cleaned up this weekend. rented a big rider floor scrubber. Need to get my equipment moved in, get the hoist installed and finish off the Office/Man Cave.

Their insulation package is the best. We had a very cold January below zero most nights and the heating bill was only $187.00. I keep the storage area at 50°, the auto shop and machine shop at 60° and the office at 65°. It is all radiant in floor with Geo Thermal Pumps as the heat source.

Took a month but I just finished my upgrades for this year.

Two tone wall paint
Black chair rail
Racedeck vented tiles
Ulti-Mate Pro garage cabinets
Extended step to house door
Raised the sink 6 inches
Diamond plate behind the sink
Relocated central air and fridge
Metal conduit to the garage heater

THIS IS NOT MY GARAGE! but I love the flooring and it has a camaro in the picture. I was thinking of doing epoxy floor coating this summer now seeing this I am in love. Metallic epoxy floor coatings!

Yeah Google search "Metallic epoxy floor coatings" images and you will be blown away. If its under 5K i might be doing it later this year to my garage i love it.
