Your the one that needs to go back and read, the first out of the first 7000 cars only 614 were for customers, so in truth only about 13k have been produced to supply orders.

Now if the salesman is so sure the car will come in in 6-8 weeks I bet he wouldnt mind making a wager with his customer, if the car doesnt arrive in 6-8 weeks take 1k off MSRP, seeing that you are so sure I bet that wont be a problem.

and Im not saying the car wont be produced in 6-8 weeks while that is very possible you have to take into account that the car can be held for QC chekcs and is subject to shipping delays in many forms.

Calm down little chipmunk. It's possible to get a car in 6-8 weeks. It's probable that it'll be much longer.

I agree.

Simply put, there IS no guarantee. It's the guarantee that we have a problem conceptualizing, OP. Problems happen that even the dealer cannot forsee or prevent.

TRUE!! that sucks to because I want it also..

Guys, I do agree 6-8 weeks is tough, and with the plant being down for July 4 week it would push me futher, QC could be a problem also. But come on, their are people on this site who are getting cars within this time line. CHILL OUT!! I appriciate your comments on my time of delivery. As I have said before, we shall see. I mainly posted to discuss the HONEST sales person I have worked with, not to get in a pissing match over my time line to be delivered. Peace BRO!
