Bright Lights Function

First off...let me appologize if this is 1) in the wrong place & 2) been discussed before. I have searched several threads & can't find the topic anywhere.

Is there a way to have the bright lights STAY on when you pull the lever? Mine just go off as soon as I let the lever go. We live in the country & there are these critters... ie: Deer that like to jump out in front of you & the halos & regular lights just aren't high enough or reach as far as I'd like them to.

Thanks for your patience if this is already a disussion somewhere else.

The brights in my hyundai are set to where pulling toward you will turn them on until you let go, but pushing away from you toggles them on until you either push or pull the lever again.

I don't know how the Camaro is set up, but it might be something similar.
