What Is this called?

What Is this called? Also where can I buy another one? my headlight bulb fell out of this one and melted it.

Did that come out of a 2012 LT ?
What headlights do you have in the car.
Did you buy the car new or used.
I cant see that on any of the diagrams I have and I don't recall seeing that part .

I looked there too for him but it sure does not look like any of those unless its the cap/cover ? Sometimes their diagrams can be a bit simplistic and off base. lol
