Im am a very happy customer of frans. The guys are great and really do know those motors like the back of their hands. Great place..Fran has taken care of an issue and spent more time than was expected trying to get it to work. Fran when is your next open house....im feeling one before winter sets in? lol

Again this is my first time making these type of changes to a car so thats why all the questions and concerns regarding warranties.

Although I have been known to drive a liitle hard at times I don't plan on doing major racing and want to be realistic in doing modifications for HP gains, but keeping it street legal and not pushing the envelope so much that I could possibly blow the car up.

So beside headers and exhaust upgrades what could you do short of a supercharger or something to improve the performance?

Again thanks for the response and information and maybe this will give others ideas on the forum regarding upgrading their camaro's also.

You can do the headers, exhaust, port the intake manifold and throttle body, intake, underdrive pulley, mild cam. Id say that cover most of the bolt on stuff ,minus the cam.

Thanks for the information and ideas, strongly thinking about a Vortech supercharger but don't really want to spend $8,000. Will eventually talk to Fran and get a better idea of costs and hp gain possibilities with and without a supercharger.

We (Solo Performance) will be releasing an exhaust for the L99 in the next 2-3 weeks....we have an L99 coming in Friday for development of the kit. keep your eyes peeled for a group buy on the kit at a killer price. We just ran a group buy for the LS3 kit and the final price was $599.20 for a CAT-BACK with a true X-pipe!!!
