What cai did you go with? Go ahead and expect a lifetime of modifying it now. A cold air intake is a gateway drug so to speak.

The Cold Air Inductions brand, textured black. Seems to be the most popular one and coolest looking. I'm already hooked, just looking for my next fix!!

The VMax ported throttle body and a catch can are a great next step. The catch can especially since the sounds a cai makes usually leads to heavy foot syndrome. Keep up the good work!

I have been doing a lot of reading and wondering what the most logical next step would be. I know I want to get an exhaust put on, even though I'm now unsure of which exhaust I want. I want the best sounding (meanest) exhaust for a V6 that I can get. I have listened to quite a few on youtube, however I don't trust the way a video sounds in comparison to real life. An exhaust will probably set me back a fair amount which is why I have leaned towards other mods. Any suggestions or opinions are welcomed as always. Modding virgin here looking for as much help as possible.

In our club there are two different exhausts that people have put on if you want to listen in person. I have the MRT 2.0 and Nick will let you know what he has.

Mrt 2.0 is pretty much your best bet as far as taking a leap into the unknown. Nobody buys that kit and doesn't love it. I had a flowmaster American thunder axle-back but have recently change it out for Cherry Bomb extreme's.

Hey guys I am still new around here. I have joined the Dallas to bay-town Camarovan and was looking at the list and seen this club was on there. I would like to know how many of you guys are going and what time you guys are leaving/meeting up? I live in Diana I was going to drive up there by myself. I would like to tag a long with you guys on the way up there.

Thanks
David

Cool Meet this Saturday 4/26/2014

How many want to Cruise to Palestine this Saturday...I need a head count to be able to inform Hot Rods Burger Joint.

Physical address of Hot Rods is 704 West Main Street, Palestine, Texas...phone number is 903 729-GOOD
100 percent beef patty ground fresh daily and Buns made fresh daily, homemade malts and shakes. Safe place to park across street.

Thinking we could cruise to Davey Dogwood Park first, then make the Loop a few times, then when we Are ready....eat at Hot Rods...then...well let's decide that after we eat...

Who wants to CRUISE....

Will send out e mail to all club members also...prefer the forum because even non members can see what's happening in our club and they could decide to become members ?

Let me know ....

Later,

I'm game if it's not too early. It's been too long since I've made up that way.

Welcome! Lots of 'maybe's is what I've heard from our group to attend Camarofest. I for one am going, but won't be detouring to DFW to get to the fest. I plan on leaving Tyler about noon on Thursday.

Hope you can make our meet up this Saturday.
