Hey guys... After a casual 70 mile drive to HAUS of POWER in FULLERTON, we strapped her up, and she belted our 730rwhp and 740rwtq... still waiting for the graph, but attached are a few photos.

I drove the car easy on the way up and averaged 16.7mpg over 69 miles...
IAT.1's were 66 and IAT.3's were 106 all the way there.

IAT.3's were 130F on the dyno pull, which i think is still pretty cool...

HAUS has a super clean shop, mostly late model BMW's but his dynojet is welcome to all

I think its already clear to say that this power level wont last long...

I think the car could use another 100rwhp...

I wonder how much more E / boost / power XDi 30's would help me make?

My injector pulse width was around 5.9max and boost level seemed to be around 12.

Thoughts?

Nice numbers Gabe! Torque monster.

My guess is another 30whp if you can hit e60 with the injectors, same boost level. However not sure if it will hit e60 with just the injectors, they'll be depleting the rails faster and highside pump will need strong pressure behind it to keep up. IF you could up the boost and hit e60 maybe another 75whp total. That would probably be Port injection with a lowside. But it'll get you as much boost as the blower can handle and full ethanol. $2500 for new injectors, vs $3200 for lowside and port(depending on lowside selection). Port will also be more involved labor and tune wise.

Another 100whp? bigger blower

Thanks for the feedback! I can see that I am now at the top of a slippery slope with fueling / traction. Sounds like it's not possible to forecast the current headway in the lowside?

So I need to upgrade the injectors, and dial up the E content until either the injectors or low-side max out? Another 30rwhp sounds fair... Guess I need to determine if the $3k to purchase and re-tune is worth it...

Anyone else been in this situation?

Right there with you. putting on whipple, guessing I will be down to pump or low E30-E40 before pretty much maxing out the fuel system.
HP fuel pump and injectors get pricy quick.

More than likely, will go for Fore triple pump and port injection next year.
that should take care of any fuel issues.

What widths and offsets did you end up going with on these?

19" x 12" in the rear...
19" x 11" up front

I believe the offsets are standard.

Just saw this thread..

Kudos on the build and results
So sorry about your mom, it hurts and sucks to go through.

You asked for numbers of similar builds

My build is similar(ish) a slightly smaller cam, flex fuel, ported blower and heads with an A10 though. Tuned by Ted. My fueling was limited by the injectors. I did end up able to run E70 but usually don't exceed E60, the gains aren't much at that point anyway.
The build info starts in post #116
Dyno screenshot is here
https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showp...&postcount=121
745hp/786ft-lbs

My focus was drive-ability, increase the air efficiency in/out, reducing heat as much as possible at the track AND of course some more power too!

Your ZLE should be a blast to drive! Modding never ends

Now after all the beautiful hard work and money could you please go buy a Roto fab coolant cover to hide that hideous orange coolant

Hey guys... as expected... 735rwhp was not enough, So I just finished installing some FIC 30's, but the 9.17" lower back on, and bumped the E content from E33 to E60.

TED tuned her up, and she is back to feeling scary in 2nd / 3rd. The 345/30/19 R888R's hook amazing out back when warm and on the right road, and it takes all my strength to take it to redline, and shirt... DAMN...

Planning to go back to the DYNO next weekend to see how much we picked up. We have now maxed the lowside / JMS... Boost seems to be around 13.5psi at peak...

How much do you think she will pick up?

Just read through this whole thread and wow what a project. Your photos are stunning. Are you using a legit camera or is that all iPhone?

First, let me say I think you've got the most mods of anybody that I've ever seen on this website. My x-port made around 730 on gasoline so there's got to be more in it but I don't see it making 830
