Sore loosers maybe? All everyone can do is talk about Ray Lewis, pretty funny. But who cares were going to the Super Bowl...

Before the season began my husband and I and a bunch of friends placed a friendly bet of a case of beer or bottle of choice to the person who picks the Super Bowl winner. Hubby picked the 49ers and I picked the Ravens, so either way we are coming home with quite a bit of alcohol to stock our bar or fridge! It's nice to see two teams who haven't been to the dance for awhile! ;-) enjoy the game, I know I'm going to!

A couple Ravens Mind blowing stats:
1. The Ravens became just the second team since 1990 to advance to the Super Bowl after losing three of their last four regular-season games. The 2009 Saints, who beat the Colts in Super Bowl XLIV, are the only other team to accomplish this feat. 2. Joe Flacco has won eight games in his post-season career. An NFL-record six of them have come on the road. Two of them have come at Gillette stadium, making Flacco the only QB to defeat Bill Belichick's Patriots twice at home in the post-season. 3. The Ravens are 13-7 all-time in the playoffs. Their .650 winning percentage is the best in NFL history. In the Super Bowl, Baltimore faces a 49ers team that owns the fourth-best winning percentage in NFL payoff history (29-19, .604) HHHHMMMM Imagine that.

You may be joking, but I've been looking everywhere for an authentic jersey this week - tired of finding all this lame China shit or replica jerseys. I've got a Reed authentic that I picked up like 8 years ago, but figure the Super Bowl is the perfect time to invest in another. NFL shop only has purple Flacco and Rice, and the customizable black ones only come in size 40 - I'm more of a 56 kinda guy |
