Disputin: /dis-pyoo-tin/ n., The immense sense of self-satisfaction the one gets from winning a pointless argument. v. tr., To be so addicted to proving yourself right that you argue compulsively, and endlessly, about anything and everything.

I am hearing rumors, that the 7th generation Camaro will have front wheel drive.

1.9 litter turbo 4 cylinder
CVT paddle shifters
Weigh less than 2000 lbs.
Wagon and Sedan body styles
Hatchback
T-tops
Pillarless hardtop styling
Grey Plastic Lower body cladding
Paddle shifters
Carbon fiber hood and doors
Aluminum fenders, doors and quarter panels
Fully integrated hybrid technology
0-60 - 4.3 sec.
1/4 - 12.5 sec. 111.5 mph

All for less than $20k

50 mpg city and 45 mpg highway

There that about takes it out of some of this ongoing junk.

No V8, No V6, no Manual, no conventional auto, hybrid, fast, economical, and mythological.

I love the Challengers, almost got one as I think Dodge has done the best job with the "retro" look, but ultimately the Camaro looks better IMO.

Hell, I like the Chargers - bought my wife an SRT8 for her birthday, they are very nice when you have to haul to young kids around everywhere you go.

No, the truth is, the LS series is the easy one. Plain and simple. Now, I'll give you there is more market there right now, absolutely. But the v6 crowd is wanting more options. We are buying and pushing companies into expanding the v6 side of things.

So, just how do you get I'm trolling?
Realy who cares what car is easier to modify thats some macho BS seriously. Who cares about that point? LOL this thread delivers....

Thirs price a LS vs a 1SS after taxes and fees and you will get 10K

Dude, I just posted the MPG rating straight from Chevrolet, and running 87 will NOT void your warranty nor will it hurt your engine. The computer is built with 2 octane tables to compensate for that, it will just not run at peak performance. My whole point is that fuel efficiency isn't much different, certainly 4 mpg isn't the reason someone would pick a 6 over an 8, especially when you get roughly 35% more HP for that 4 mpg difference.

And you're not comparing apples/apples in terms of trim options if you're comparing the LS to the SS.

ETA - you drive a 1LT, so compare that price to a 1SS. It's not a 10K difference.

You are all insane...we all have much more important things to discuss. This isn't something that will truly influence our daily lives and discussing HP differences is just iggnant... We need to dedicate ourselves to raising awareness on more important things like why are panda bears becoming extinct and saving this eco vital creature.....

Please, Discuss....

Are you? Click the tab that says "fuel" and it clearly states 28 mpg EPA estimated.

He will start calling you names and putting you down pretty soon...
At least I won't blow everything way out of proportion and completely make things up, like you did. I called you a drama queen because of that (saying the other guy called your V6 a joke when he didn't, claiming that I said his comments were perfectly fine when I said just the opposite, acting as if I were suggesting that anyone that didn't buy a V8 couldn't afford it when I never suggested any such thing).

Hint - click the "fuel" tab on the specs page and the official EPA estimate is 28 mpg hwy .
