Becky, any reason why the "commercial sales team" is assigned to my deal?

When I originally spoke to the "internet sales guy" he kept telling me to come in to get my trade looked at, but as a repeat client I pleaded to have them come to me because I couldn't afford to waste any time (I'm a busy man Iol!).

He passed my info to someone else "commercial acct manager", He came to my job & picked up my pre-trade after agreeing to trade in price over the phone, (I sent him pics first lol) then we did the ordering over email/fax, including my deposit..

So they have made everything (so far) very easy.. All because I live 1 hr away & I'm a repeat client...

I don't mind going to then to pick the car up, because well I plan to do financing with them.. I like to do that stuff in person lol, but we haven't discussed further yet.. I have not signed any paper work! (Other than order sheet & deposit)... They are holding the equity amount of my pre-trade also. $2890 + $1k deposit = $3890.

Haven't heard anything from my dealer yet, so I'm looking to see if my number has changed since Friday. #TGHSBC.

Ya, he dodged the rail# question... Instead he gave a canned response with a loose ETA of April 9th...

I responded letting him know the reason why seeing a railcar# is good to know, becAuse sometimes they put 4200 instead of 4300 before being bayed again.

Well I tried lol

Really though...how hard is it to answer my question? I didn't ask for an ETA. I asked about a rail car #.

I'm supposed to assume that from his experience my car is only 2 weeks or so away.

I would assume if you stay at 4200 the next 2 days your car is on the train for the long ride south.

For sure! I'm not going to lie... I like his estimate of 4/9 lol

But I'll need a Private offer, which don't begin popping up until 4/11 :(

So If it arrives early or on his ETA, I'll have to let them know I'm "out of town" until 4/12 lol
