And just a personal comment. I am surprised that they did not go a bit more aggressinve on the styling, however in their defense, that involves risk. What they did is safer, cleaner and still "mod-ible" Had they gone the way of some of their brother Pontiac stylists, we would probably have alot of complaints |

- I don't like the wheels. I'm in the minority on this, but I don't like them.
- I don't like the steering wheel. I think it's just the bowtie that makes it look funny. - A touch screen nav would be nice. - Too many lights at the front. Looks a little busy/cluttered.

My only complaint is that I can't get one today. I'm happy with it just the way it is.

1) To me the hood looks like @ss, the Jay Leno car was 100% better if the were looking for a vented hood.
2) Fog light look cheep, again the Jay Leno car was a better look and still allows of break ducts. 3) The steering wheel center seems off not sure about the bowtie on it. With that said, I will wait to see the final finished car, but as it stands most of the car looks good to me w/ the exception of the above.

Since I already have a 2010 SS Camaro I would be interested in checking out Dodge's Challenger SRT8 392 as a potential next car before a ZL1....even if the hp #s are lower on the Challenger.

Performance-Wise and I believe they were keeping cost in mind, they got it right. I have a supercharger on mine with No Warranty.
Looks, exterior I do not like the hood at all. Front is ok but the grille has not been changed at all. There is nothing on the side of the car functional vents front and rear that distinguish this car from any other camaro. I wish they would have done something there. I modded the front and rear of mine. Steering wheel is god-awful ugly to me but that is my opinion. the current steering wheel needed a little more refinement but not to the degree the Zl1 shows. ABl, havent heard much but I hope they listened. Wheels are ok but I prefer the SSX wheels. lastly why, why, why, did they not get rid of the Dorsal fin antenna on the roof. |

Everyone, the front fascia DOES have brake ducts. They're just not where everyone expected them to be...

ZL1 wheels
SSX wheels Fat meats 3.73 gears Suede (really keeps you in your spot from my experience) Dual-mode exhaust Magnetic suspension Rearview camera (would be better with a nav. screen tough ) Dual-disk clutch Heavy duty drivetrain Going through this list (there's more I know) made me realize the good amount of effort that went into this; the upgrades we are looking at are quite substantial. IMO the ZL1 will blow the competition out of the water So lets make it perfect |

I'd also like to add my vote for the optional Recaro seats, just like the one in CTS-V.

I`m SOOOO glad they named it the ZL1 not the Z-28... most of the Z-28 history was just stripes and add ons. I say most years not all.
I am not in love with the front however other colors may grow on me more than the red. I am torn on the suede on the dash, first I liked it now..hmmm.. I hope if you dont opt for it they atleast upgraded the plastic dash. May look awesome in person. I hope GM really got there shit together with this car as much as ford did the the boss. All the media hated the steering wheel on the camaro, I have no problems with it however the squeaky wheel gets greased and they put a generic looking steering wheel. Not a fan of the bowtie on it. |

1. leno grille (different look than other trim levels)
2. leno fogs (much better/cleaner looking design) other than those two, GM you hit it out of the park! |
