Well lets hear some facts then from someone who bought something from me... Not just I heard something.... because customer complaints... actual customers complaints are very very very far and few between..... So if your going to interject lets hear some facts?

USPS will deliver to any address....not just PO Boxes. We use USPS all the time and ship directly to homes. Not once, in over a year of shipping using USPS, has a package gotten lost. Not once.

Now, you probably did get the package by now as it was shipped on or before the 30th of last month. I'm sure tracking will prove that. If not, then go back to the beginning like I said and file the PayPal complaint.

And with regards to the infraction, it was not given by me, but...if you knew you'd get in trouble, then you did that on your own. We hope that rather then jump to that method, someone might contact a Mod or Tran first in hopes that we could facilitate the problem. OR....if it happens again, they can contact the PayPal dispute resolution center and they will handle it for you as a mediator.

Just some pointers. Hope it all works out.

In the mean time he checks in with me from time to time and I tell him they aren't in I'll ship them asap........ Yes I took a vacation in the middle of all the going on... it was a Friday Saturday and Sunday came home Monday........

SO I tell him they ship and doesn't see the shipping confirmation at first and then he does as paypal automatically shows the info tied to his transaction.......
He realizes its USPS not UPS and this is when all the crap starts.....

He pm's me and tells me that I need to turn the package around .and that he doesn't want them anymore... That USPS wont deliver them.. So I call the post office and they Say I have to come down and fill out a form.... which I do.

But in the meantime grey hijacks a sales thread to get attention.... say's he's not here to hijack the thread but posts daily in it.... so I warn him a few time but he persists on hijacking the thread until the thread gets edited out and then stalks me in another thread. He gets a warning from the powers that be and I ask him to apologize for doing it and that I would take care of him as I would anyone as soon as I get the plugs back.
He banters with me and I banter with him.... But I tell him I will refund all his money and split the shipping cost. I lose half of the 44 it cost to ship and so does he..... the plugs I do at cost so I think its fair.

I injured my back last week and have been flat out since then.... lots of meds.... typing from my back on occasion... out of it for the most part..... The plugs I have not received yet but when I track them they show at the post office last I checked...... But I cant get over there as I am flat on my back... emergency room MRI xray action.. serious injury... serious drugs have been in no condition to do anything.......

As soon as I can do anything I will take care of it like I said I would. There has been no attempt at contact from grey to me since I told him I would take care of it. He has not been an innocent angel in this but I am not going to get into the he said he said crap...... the business transaction went exactly as I said it did. I am attempting to handle it in what I think are fair terms.... I'm stuck with those plugs as well at over 100 for the 3 sets which I havent sold one set in 7 years..... So only asking for half the shipping I think is being fair

As for the deal and price, I bought more plugs shipped by FedEx for less than the price that you charged me !

It was UPS not USPS and I still keep a copy of the PM that proves it !!

I'm not aware of your medical condition but I cant understand how its related to the whole issue especially that you mentioned in your thread that you were on vacation !!

You told me that you are not obliged to refund me, and I actually havent recieved anything until now.

Tell you something: Keep the change.

I know who to trust and not to trust in this forum!

Its interesting how you pick and chose what part of a conversation you want display. Its a testament to your character as well as your slur on my price... I gave you the price I pay, if it was more than what you could have paid elsewhere then you should have bought them elsewhere. Plain and simple. The rest is just semantics from you and I'm not going to get dragged down the same road again by you.

I still have a copy of the emails I sent you as well as well as you having total access to the tracking info ... so you know when it shipped and where it is same as I do.

We ship overseas and to Canada and Mexico all the time.... be it postal service or an engine we have never had this issue .... addresses provided in paypal for shipping are there for our protection as well. Both addresses matched up.. your pm and the one in paypal. You have a few holes in your story but what ever, I told you how I would handle it and I am. I'll keep tracking the package and post what happens.

Yeah and you keep filling those holes with X files stories and making excuses only!

I asked you to ship my order through UPS and you shipped it through USPS. It is your mistake. End of story !!

If you have a proof that I asked you to ship my order through USPS please present it. I still keep a copy of the 1st PM sent to you.

I told you that I need the plugs urgently and please ship them through UPS !!

Im not interested in tracking it through USPS and Im interested to hear about USPS because I never mentioned USPS !!

It is your choice to wait for the package or keep on making more stories. No customer will be interested to hear them man.

I don't ship UPS, its not offered anywhere by me ever. We ship for free to the US and its territories. The minute you asked for them to be turned around I took the appropriate actions. I have done what you asked.
You seem to think and threatened me so that being a vendor on a public forum I should bow down to you for fear of public reprisal.... yeah I kept your threatening pm where you tell me unless I do what you want you will do this.....

I don't play those games. I have done nothing wrong and have done what you asked...... gretchen is a walking billboard and the other is a vendor who loses wire sales to me on another site..... neither of them should have posted anything and one is an outright lie.

This is all standard , nothing new... All I asked was that he pay for half of the shipping. I think thats fair. The plugs in question are like 6.99/piece and he ordered 3 sets of them (24)

My intent is to help Cyber get his plugs or his money. Your calling people names and making implications about your perception of their intent just makes you look your are paranoid. I've worked with lots of vendors on this site, as have most members, so I don't know why that makes me unqualified to decern good customer service from bad. If anything, I think it makes me very qualified. I don't think I've seen any other vendor on this site do what you are doing with this thread; certainly none that I've bought from or asked information of would have. Do yourself a favor and live by the old saying "the customer is always right." If you continue to stir the pot you will only look worse. Maybe the mods will delete all these negative and abusive posts for you like they have in other threads, but people do see them before that happens.

As for me naming names, I'm not going to get into that with you. First I never said they bought from you. I've just read their post on other forums and some sounded like they did and others may have just been chiming in. Either way, others can search the net as easily as I can so I'll leave it to them to look around and see what is there.

The problem is, is that the OP is from Muscat, Oman. A totally different country. And as he states, USPS does not do door to door mail internationally. Which would cause a HUGE problem. Making it impossible for him to receive the mail.

I agree, unless the buyer specifically says DO NOT USE a certain delivery method up front, then its on the vendor to decide best method. especially if the vendor is paying the shipping. This thread should be closed before it deteriorates any further.
