Got the car back. Took about an hour and a half and and I was the first one there.. Turns out the o-ring for the oil filter was old and cracked. Meaning they didn't change it when I they changed the oil

I wonder if changing the oil and not the filter is common practice there. Even my wife knows better than that...

That's what my wife said. "even I know that". Needless to say, that ran into other errands I had to do and missed the air show. Took my daughter her first trip to the zoo instead.

I'm having very similar issues. My Veh was turned in for door repairs and when I went to pick it up they had it running but it had a check engine light with low tire pressure on one tire. I figured that was what was causing the check engine light so I told the tech and turned the Veh off. After they put 32 lbs of pressure in the tire(still low) the Veh would not start. It would try but just wouldn't start. They tried a jump and that wouldn't work....they put a charger on and it eventually started....however when we took it on the road it shut off after about 5 minutes and it wouldn't start again. They presently still have it for diagnostics. The body shop guy was telling me crap from A to Z as for what HE thinks it is. My issue with all that is, I brought it in for body repairs and now all of a sudden I have engine problems?!

Don't let them touch anything else. No oil changes, no car wash, nothing else. They don't feel the same way about the car that you do, so how could they possibly have the same respect you would.
