Still amazes me what you guys are doing with the stock cam and tuned VVT tables.
If I wasn't 100% going FI, I'd be switching back to a VVT cam and some ported heads and shooting for 10's. John....you're VVT tables tuned too? Still waiting to hear about your next trip to the track too! |

Dan, sure wished you would have been there last night. A data log would have definitely showed me how my fueling was this time. I know it's still a little off but I think we got the converter just right now.

I know. Just a few miles from my house and I wasn't able to swing it last night.

Well there will be other chances I'm sure!!
I hope I didn't make ole dude in the Pro Charged Vette mad on that run. I thought he would definitely spank me. I've seen him run 10.70's. when we left the line I knew I cut a light on him! Hit 2nd, 3rd, then 4th and still didn't see him!! Then he came charging past me in 4th gear at almost 129mph. I know he was thinking to himself WTF?? A bolt on car is whipping my ass!! Lol he had to much top end charge for my stock motor to hold him off. He didn't come over afterwards to tAlk. Usually he's real talkative. Looking at his 60ft he must have spun too. My car squatted and it was gone!! |

Best bolt on move I made was selling my K&N and got an ADM race CAI w/scoop! Huge difference in performance. And honestly I didn't wanna believe it Bc I liked my K&N!! Until I started taking it to the track and hunting low ET's. it just won't perform like the ADM! I dropped nearly 2 tenths with just that change!

I don't think so! His time was faster than mine at the 1/8 if you just compare run to run but due to the reaction time and my 60ft vs his car spinning, he was several tenths behind me having to make up ground. I had almost a full tenth off the reaction plus 2.5 tenths on 60ft.
