That didn't take long for someone to say something about the parking, just can't play nice in the sandbox.

Problem is, I have large trees lining the driveway leading up to the garage and (although you can't see them in the photo) roots are a problem - mostly on the lower part of the driveway. Until I figure out a reasonably economical way to deal with that issue... grass and dirt will have to do.

Thanks for your concern though.

Oh - and here's a picture of it after our (one) snow storm this past winter. And no, the dirt driveway doesn't cause problems with my snow-blower. Oh, wait...

Ok You took that good , I felt you had one coming , So in my book up here in Yankee land , We are good As far as you're "snowstorm" down there in GA ,( PS Just got some peaches from your state at the farmer's market and really enjoyed them. ) I hope you threw on a set of snow tires, to handle that massive amount , Last year we had snow higher than my Camaro .
I got a Ideal for you to get rid of them big trees preventing you from pouring concrete , Get some of your buddies with them big swamp trucks , break out the moonshine , and have them all hook up a big chain and yank them puppies down .

Yes. We are good. A little ribbing back and forth is a good thing. I'll check on those swamp truck buddies. Thanks.

By the way, I was born in CT and grew up in upstate NY. Been in the south since 1980 - sick of the snow. To these good folks in the south, that makes me a DAMNED Yankee. I'm sure rich3fan will be glad to know I even snatched up a beautiful "Georgia Peach" and everything that goes along with that is excellent.

In my opinion, it makes me come across as a star.

Back on topic... where I park, which I showed in my post about the subject at hand, I can take up two spots, or even park sideways and nobody would care. So why would you care that he's taking up two spots?

Lol!

Why invite trouble.....1 spot is just as remote as 2. I'd mess with anyone I saw parked like that on general principal. You're counting on everyone else parking within the lines, yet you choose not to do so, so you couldn't justify being angry if someone slid in right next to you right?

I wouldn't, unless that was the only space [that should be] available. Especially if it was pouring rain. How would you feel if that were the case?

Never mind. I really don't care.

I "really don't care" how YOU would feel, if it were the last available space for your car.
